How arrogant can these lawmakers be it just amazes me. Do they live in a bubble they must. People and Jobs are fleeing the great state of california at an alarming rate. The fiscal situation of the state already dire will become even more so if the lawmakers their do not change their tune. The regulations are obscene in the great state of california along with the excessive taxation. Look for lawmakers to pass laws that apply to all businesses and people leaving the state that require a lump sum payment to the state when they leave. Maybe they will have a transfer tax meaning the citzens of california will have to continue paying state income taxes to the state for a year after they leave the state. Look for something like this to happen in many states that are totally broke and need to fund their obscene spending programs.
